Scope

These terms apply to all quotes and jobs by Slotenmaker Heerlen & Regio.

Price and job

The price is agreed with you in advance by phone or on site. The job is confirmed once you agree. All rates are starting prices including VAT. The call-out fee is €40. If the customer cancels an emergency job more than 10 minutes after reporting it, the €40 call-out fee is charged. This applies to emergency jobs only.

Identification

Before opening a door, car or safe we may ask for ID or other proof that you are authorised. Without proof we may refuse the job.

Payment

Payment is due directly after the job, preferably by card. Business customers can pay on invoice within fourteen days.

Warranty

Supplied and fitted locks and cylinders carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our work carries a 1-year warranty, except in case of misuse or damage by third parties.

Liability

We work carefully and as damage-free as possible. Opening a locked door may require removing the cylinder; we tell you beforehand. Our liability is limited to the value of the job.

Have a complaint? Report it within fourteen days of the job by phone or WhatsApp on 06 28 28 84 58. We will look for a solution together.
