Opening locks is about more than lockouts. We are also called for locks that are stuck, keys that won't turn and keys that have broken off in the lock. We remove the broken piece with special extraction tools, after which the lock usually works again.
We open wooden, uPVC and aluminium doors, garage doors, sheds and gates. Afterwards we check what caused the problem. If the lock is worn or damaged, we can replace it straight away with a secure SKG-certified one.
When to call us
Lock is stuck
The key won't turn or the lock jams. We open the door and fix the problem.
Key broken off
Part of the key is still in the lock. We remove it and open the door.
Shed or garage
We also open locks on sheds, garages and gates without destroying them.
Padlock or cabinet
Smaller locks such as padlocks and cabinet locks we open too.

All prices are starting prices, including VAT. The call-out fee is €40. If you cancel an emergency job more than 10 minutes after calling us, we charge the €40 call-out fee (emergency jobs only). Evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays carry a surcharge. You always hear the exact price up front.
We only fit locks and cylinders with the SKG mark: SKG** (2 stars) and SKG*** (3 stars). SKG*** meets the Dutch Police Secure Housing standard and is required by many insurers.
Questions about door opening
What if my key has broken off in the lock?
Don't try to dig it out yourself, as that often pushes it deeper. We remove it with special tools and open the door.
Do you open sheds and garages?
Yes. We open locks on sheds, garages, gates and storage rooms, and replace them if needed.
Can the lock still be used afterwards?
Usually yes. If the lock is worn or damaged, we recommend a new cylinder and fit it immediately.
