Getting locked out happens to everyone at some point: the wind slams the door, the keys are still on the kitchen table or stuck in the lock on the inside. Don't try to force the door with a screwdriver or drill, as that usually causes more damage than necessary.

All prices are starting prices, including VAT. The call-out fee is €40. If you cancel an emergency job more than 10 minutes after calling us, we charge the €40 call-out fee (emergency jobs only). Evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays carry a surcharge. You always hear the exact price up front.
We only fit locks and cylinders with the SKG mark: SKG** (2 stars) and SKG*** (3 stars). SKG*** meets the Dutch Police Secure Housing standard and is required by many insurers.

What should I do if I'm locked out?
Stay calm and don't try to break the door open. Call us, tell us where you are and what happened. You hear the price and our arrival time straight away.
Can you open my door without damage?
We open a slammed door without damage in almost all cases. Only if the door is locked and the key is lost does the cylinder need to come out; we replace it on the spot.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. Before opening the door we check that you live there, for example with your ID or post in your name. This is for your own safety too.
