Scope

These terms apply to all quotes and jobs carried out by Slotenmaker Heerlen & Regio. The Dutch version of the terms (Algemene voorwaarden) is legally binding.

Price and order

The price is agreed with you in advance by phone or on site. The order is placed as soon as you agree. All prices are starting prices including VAT. The call-out fee is €40. If the customer cancels an emergency job more than 10 minutes after the call, a €40 call-out fee is charged. This applies to emergency jobs only.

Identification

Before we open a door, car or safe, we may ask for ID or other proof that you are authorised. Without that proof we may refuse the job.

Payment

Payment is made straight after the job, by card or in cash. If you pay by card, you also receive an invoice. Business customers can pay by invoice within fourteen days.

Guarantee

Locks and cylinders supplied and fitted carry the manufacturer's warranty. We give a 1-year guarantee on our work, except in the case of misuse or damage by third parties.

Liability

We work carefully and as damage-free as possible. When opening a locked door it may be necessary to remove the cylinder; we tell you this in advance. Our liability is limited to the value of the job.
