Who we are

What data we process

When you call, message us or use the contact form, we process your name, phone number, address and the description of the job. When you pay, we process the data needed for the invoice.

Why

We use your data only to carry out the job, contact you and invoice you, and to meet legal obligations such as the tax retention period.

How long

We keep invoice data for seven years because Dutch law requires it. Other data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties needed for our service, such as our accountant, and when the law requires it.

Cookies and maps

This website does not use tracking cookies. The Google Maps map only loads when you choose to load it; Google may then set cookies. The contact form opens WhatsApp; WhatsApp's own terms apply.

Your rights

You can view, correct or have your data deleted. Call or message us to do so. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
